Dr. Lash was a former employee of [[Tamani Corp]] who left due to a conflict of interest.

He believes that lustful thoughts are major distractions in a supposedly progressive society. He is ardently against sexual emotions--very much so that, in the past, he has attempted to forcefully sterilize a dominant species of an entire planet, which in turn, has earned him a place in the [[United Galactic Confederacy]]'s most-wanted criminal list. However, he is not deprived of morals, as indicated by him denying to remove your vagina/s if you are pregnant.

He may also be seen to provide a distraction for the UGC Peacekeepers guarding  [[Doctor Badger]]'s lab if the latter was sent to prison by detonating a bomb on the other side of Novahome.
