==== Usage ====

This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, the treat will have immediate permanent effects on the [[Captain_Steele|player character]]. Rarely, up to five mutations are possible, but around 2 is most common, and it's possible that no mutations will take place, even if some of the conditions are met.
