Can be used to fish in 'The Ice Lake' area of [[Uveto]] (the small bend near Irestead) The first time you do it, you will catch (and inadvertently damage) a gynoid called Tanith. You can either apologize to her or brush her off. Either way she will go back to town to get fixed. Currently, this is the last you see of her. Subsequent attempts at fishing will give you 'Home Cooking' buff for 4 days and 4 hours
