After discussing the issues with [[Sellera|Field Marshal Sellera]] and finding out that [[Scarlet Federation#High_Command|High Command]] desires to capture a rogue gold Queen, [[Captain Steele]] may agree to help her. Once agreed upon, Steele must meet up with [[Lieve|Scout Lieve Thyrsa]] and her party to begin the mission.
