Perdita is a [[Human]]/[[Ausar]] hybrid with a currently unexplained penis and no vagina.  Officially, she was and still is a ship engineer.  Originally she designed special custom ships that were designed to allow the [[UGC]] to enter new worlds with non-uplifted sapient lifeforms; Worlds that had special problems such as being completely made of water and inhabited my a race of mere-people and worlds with a nonexistent atmosphere occupied by mole-people.  Eventually, seeing groups of people in immense suffering are otherwise very strange living conditions was interesting but also disturbing.  As such, she resigned form working with the UGC and does freelance ship part repair.  However, she mostly pays her bill from her newfound passion of writing smutty stories and selling them online via subscription services such as ''Champeon'' on the Extranet. 

She suffers from a little bit of PTSD with a coping mechanism in the form of alcoholism and spending way to much time distracting herself through the Extranet.  So much so that she had started going blind and had to purchase a replacement gene mod that gave her glowing purple eyes.

The player can approach her while she's in the process of writing a new short story and getting smashed at the same time.  After asking her about her backstory the player can potentially subscribe to her ''Champeon'' account, where for every month (Day numbers that are multiples of 30) a new erotic short story will be added to the player's [[Codex]] and 100 [[Credits]] will be withdrawn from your bank account.
