Silly mode can be turned on in the options menu

* Minor jokes in many scenes.
* [[Canada]] can be encounterd outside of Thanksgiving season.
* [[Riley]] can be encounterd outside of 4th July with a 1 in 200 chance.
* [[Ganrael Ambusher]] and [[Ganrael DeadEye]] are replaced with [[Ganraen Knight]].
* [[Ciaran]] will be named DILFdoggo on the first encounter.
