The founder, Captain Tiberia Tee, first lady captain and commanding officer of the colony ship, was the main proponent of using the [[<tvar name="link-3">Special:MyLanguage/Treatment</tvar>|Treatment]] as a way to strengthen the colony’s growth and development. From there, use of the Treatment has been a normalcy for the planet and Big T acknowledges that fact.
