This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, the candy will have immediate permanent effects on the [[Special:MyLanguage/Captain_Steele|player character]], attempting  2-3 mutations total, having conditions in a tiered-order fashion.   Tier 0 and 1 changes each lock out higher tiers for that use.  Tier 2-4 changes can occur simultaneously, though each is checked in order,  greatly reducing the chance of higher tier effects if possible TFs remain in lower ones.
