This category refers to all Items that are designed to gradually or instantaneously alter a person's appearance to the extent that they may potentially no longer resemble the race that they originally were.  This includes transformatives that change primary and secondary sexual characteristics.  Also, this does not include items that do have have points calculated in [[Descriptor Variables]] and [[Racial score]] that don't have an actual race that is stated in the appearance menu such as [[Amazona]].
