This category refers to all Items that are designed with the main purpose to gradually or instantaneously alter a person's Primary or Secondary Sexual Characteristics .  This includes transformatives that increase or decrease the size of an individual's [[Boobs]], [[Penis]], [[Clit|Clitoris]], [[Hips]], [[Butt]], [[Testicle]]s, [[Vagina#Fertility|Fertility]], or [[Penis#Cum Quality|Potentcy]].  Also, this does not include items that do have have a major impact on points calculated in [[Descriptor Variables]] and [[Racial score]].  This also does not include items that affect multiple characteristics with the intent of changing an individual's overall [[:Category:Gender transformatives|gender]].
