Between the hours of 08:00-16:59, Bianca will be out and about, roaming the wilderness in most of the hostile squares as a [[:Category:Ground random encounters|Random Encounter]].  The rate of encountering her is slightly higher than encountering [[$link-6|Kattom Osgood]].  She cannot be encountered in special dungeon like squares like [[$link-7|Quinn]]'s Waterfall, [[$link-8|Sh'ziad]]'s Queendom, the [[$link-9|Wetraxxel Brawler]]'s Den, or the entirety of the Deep Caves.  After the first encounter, there is 60% chance that Bianca will be occupying the square for a short time, and the player can approach the Doctor if they so desire.  The other 40% is the chance that Bianca will automatically engage the interaction. The player can ask Bianca to provide medical assistance in all interactions, and when meeting Bianca in the wilderness, the player can '''Spend Time''' with her after having reached high enough Familiarity.
