The player will have the option to '''Line Up''' to receive treatment or purchase medical supplies.  However, due to the professional nature of her work and the large crowds she draws, idle chit-chat is impossible. Still, the player can attempt '''Touch Fluffy''' tail. Additionally, if the player visits Bianca's Booth 3 times in a row without being in anyway sick or purchasing her supplies, she will become annoyed and the hidden Familiarity score will drop by 10.*
