Doctor Khan is a [[$link-1|kui-tan]] scientist, specializing in mind control, found in the [[$link-2|Pirate Base]] dungeon [[$link-3|Kara]] leads [[$link-4|Captain Steele]] to. When encountered, he's in a sealed-off laboratory, where he's apparently been allowed to run roughshod over several [[$link-5| myrmedion]] assistants, turning them into his personal sex puppets... which serves him little good, as the [[$link-6|Black Void]] keeps his libido in check -- and his attention on his work -- through a cruel [[$link-7|hardlight]] chastity belt. He is immediately hostile on encounter, mistaking the party for more pirates coming to torment him.
