Lys is currently 26 years old when [[$link-3|Captain Steele]] meets her for the first time.  5 Years ago, she lived in a nearby city, presumably [[$link-4|Kressia]] as a florist with her wife.  When the 7 Year [[$link-5|Myr]] War broke out, the two of them were drafted in the [[$link-6|Gilden Republic]]'s Millitary.  According to Lys, her wife is most likely dead and during the confusion from the intervention of [[$link-7|Xenogen Biotech]], she deserted her platoon and is currently in hiding in [[$link-8|No Myr's Land]].
