If the player tries to Talk to him, they must pass an [[$link-13|Intelligence]] test. If the player offers to feed his tails, the Infested Zil will only take interest in you if you have more than one penis. If you try to lead him to the jungle, you will tell him you are a scout and  now that you have found his village, you will bring an army to burn it to the ground. This leads to him pursuing you to stop you, which is successful based on a [[$link-14|Reflexes]] test. Choosing to attack him or failing any of the aforementioned tests leads to combat.
