The bulbous central cylinder hangs from a harness of industrial straps, meant to be looped around the wearer's torso. Two support tubes, glowing neon green, stretch out to a pair of metallic silver cuffs. The inner edge, where they would press against skin, is lined with a strangely undulating white leather or hyper-dense fabric, you're not sure which.<br />

The attached development notes indicate that the system can painlessly extract toxins from the wearer's blood without the need for needles or an intravenous connector. A later note indicates a desire to reduce the efficacy of the system, so as not to negatively impact sales of Brightwater's pharmaceutical products.<br />
