She exists as a feminine foil to [[$link-7|Yancy]], for cows who want a woman's "company" and assistance while they are being milked. Millie is known to be a little bit of an oddity among the [[:Category:Treated|Treated Folk]] of [[$link-8|New Texas]]. This comes from her unique response to the [[$link-9|Treatment]]. For most females, taking the treatment causes the individual's form to soften out into cute and curvy state. It also leads to psychological changes in which most of the women can't focus on anything for too long without their thoughts turning to cocks and seducing people with them, decreasing their overall intelligence and granting a demure attitude. Millie's physical and mental traits seem to be Cow-like at first glance, but they have additives practically unheard of with that variant of the treatment. Despite still being into Bulls, she works at the milk barn and likes to nurse from the teats of other cows more so.
