Can be purchased from Nenne at her shop, Herbs and Happy, in the Korg’ii Hold on Uveto.

Usage

This item will be thrown on use and can only be used in combat. In doing so, the flower will deal 40 drug damage to all enemies. NPCs can also use this item.
