Thanks to a scholarship started by the T.S.C, Bianca had graduated from Revenire Medical Academy, completing two doctoral theses on the improvement of cardiovascular health procedures and the development of universal treatment programs that could be applied across many of the Confederacy's member races. Now a certified physician, surgeon, and clinician, Bianca dedicates her life to the health of others, forgoing medical research and single-mindedly pursuing treatment of injury. Her goals have brought her to the latest Planet Rush where a plethora of young and ambitious adventurers are certain to get themselves into trouble.

It is on the expanding borders of the U.G.C that Bianca is in her element, fully utilizing her knowledge and skill. On the frontier, she spends her days seeking out anyone to help, wandering dangerous territories to provide tender care for all, be they native or otherwise. Unlike most doctors and the autonomous V-Ko units, the genteel Dr. Ketria prefers to nurture her patients with lengthier procedures. Bianca travels the chain of planets relevant to the latest Planet Rush in order to provide mobile medical services to the reckless Rushers, maintaining a diligent schedule. Bianca will first appear on planet Mhen'ga, and she is available from the very start of any game. After 7 days have passed, she will travel to the next planet if it is available, that planet being Tarkus. After Tarkus she will travel to Myrellion and then cycle back to Mhen'ga. If either planet has been destroyed as a result of the player's actions, she will never be present there, and if any planet is yet to be unlocked, the cycle will, of course, loop around.

Between the hours of 08:00-16:59, Bianca will be out and about, roaming the wilderness in most of the hostile squares as a Random Encounter. The rate of encountering her is slightly higher than encountering Kattom Osgood. She cannot be encountered in special dungeon like squares like Quinn's Waterfall, Sh'ziad's Queendom, the Wetraxxel Brawler's Den, or the entirety of the Deep Caves. After the first encounter, there is 60% chance that Bianca will be occupying the square for a short time, and the player can approach the Doctor if they so desire. The other 40% is the chance that Bianca will automatically engage the interaction. The player can ask Bianca to provide medical assistance in all interactions, and when meeting Bianca in the wilderness, the player can Spend Time with her after having reached high enough Familiarity.

When providing the player with medical attention, she will completely restore Health to max, remove all levels of Soreness, and greatly reduce the duration of any status effects gained from Akane's Hardcore BDSM sessions. She can also cure the player if they have been infected with any SSTD's. If the player has only 1 SSTD she will charge 350 Credits and if the player has multiple diseases, she will discount the price to 250 Credits. She is incapable of removing Parasites from your body, but will highly recommend removing them as soon as possible.

From 17:00 to 19:59, Bianca will be stationed at her portable booth within the main, non-hostile town/city on each respective world, denoted by a special icon and always placed in a route the player must walk to reach the rest of the planet. On Mhen'ga, the booth will be located on ESBETH'S NORTH PATH tile, or the same tile with the bulletin board advertising Kase's and Julian Haswell's quests. On Tarkus, the booth will be located directly south of Shekka's WIDGET WAREHOUSE. On Myrellion, the booth is located at the SECURITY CHECKPOINT which is west of the Myr Embassy. The player will have the option to Line Up to receive treatment or purchase medical supplies. However, due to the professional nature of her work and the large crowds she draws, idle chit-chat is impossible. Still, the player can attempt Touch Fluffy tail. Additionally, if the player visits Bianca's Booth 3 times in a row without being in anyway sick or purchasing her supplies, she will become annoyed and the hidden Familiarity score will drop by 10.*

Bianca will spend her evenings at the local bar, from 20:00 to 23:59 where deeper, longer conversations can be had.**

Lastly, once the clock hits midnight, Bianca will be asleep and totally unavailable until 08:00 the following day when her schedule begins anew.

*Once Bianca's expansion is implemented, no malus will occur, and she will never become annoyed by the player once they reach >=51 familiarity.

Bianca has a dynamic affection score known as Familiarity. Right now, the highest the Familiarity can reach is 49%. Bianca's 'Part 2' expansion pack will unlock the score and allow it to rise to 100, enabling a bevy of new platonic and sexual interactions once rewritten and implemented.

When choosing to [Spend Time] with Bianca in the wilderness, being able to Talk to her is one of the possible interactions. However, under 51 Familiarity, one conversation option is all the player is allotted before she moves on.

Bianca can also be encountered in Burt's Badass Meadhall, the bar portion of The Mess, or The Golden Peak, after meeting her in random encounters and choosing to [Spend Time] twice as well as having 25 Familiarity. If the two conditions are met, she can be encountered late between the hours of 20:00 and 00:00.

If the player has the perk Ditz/Brute Speech, she will never appear under any circumstance.

When entering each bar for the first time with after the conditions are met, a special scene will play to indicate Bianca's presence. The topics of discussion are:

For personal and heavily justified reasons, Bianca is extremely uncomfortable with the prospect of having sex with someone who has willingly or unwillingly greatly physically or mentally warped themselves to a state of being that completely revolves around sex. As such characters with the perk Brute Speech or its feminine equivalent Ditz Speech will never be able to have sex with her. Although, in the latter case if the player has the perk Dumb4Cum they can temporarily bypass this restraint by orally ingesting cum from nearby sources like Burt, Edan, and Emmy.
