A helm of terror
This skull-faced helm completely obscures the wearer's face under a veil of fire-blackened bone. The empty sockets house eerily dancing blue flames against a backdrop of impenetrable coal, yet by some clever polarization of the light, none of it serves to obscure the wearer's view.
Acquisition
During Halloween, enemies have a 2% chance to drop one of eight Halloween items, including this one.
