Description

The lawyer Captain Steele encounters right after Victor's funeral who gives Steele insight on Victor's life as well as physical items Steele has inherited, most importantly, the Codex.

Interactions

Maki will speak with Captain Steele during the introductory sequence, giving Steele details of Victor's life and death as well as passing on Steele’s inheritance. Currently, he cannot be interacted with in any way after the intro sequence.
