After the mission, Steele can (re)visit her at the same location, behind Anon's Bar, and Rent Her for 500 credits per service.

There is the possibility of Steele impregnating Zheniya after having sex with her. Zheniya will remain pregnant for about 8 months before giving birth to up to 3 Zil-Human Hybrids. Steele is able to ask her to stop whoring out of concern for the child, which she will reject. After doing so a second time, however, Steele can offer her a position at The Nursery. After this point, Zheniya will be located on the southern end of the Residential Deck, where she can be visited. She will offer the same services at this location, with the only change being the lack of a monetary charge.

Zheniya can be impregnated multiple times, although at this point, it is impossible to name or interact with your children with her.

If she gets a job, she will move from Anon's bar to an apartment at the southern end of the residential deck where she will provide the same services for Steele for free.

Quests

The call girl can be met for the first time during the Fools Rush In questline. If the player pays her 500 Credits she can distract the Pirate Mercenary, allowing you and Saendra to make quick work of the Pirate Techie, effectively bypassing the quest's final bosses. Alternatively, the player can just have sex with her.
