Description

The Venus Zil Traps are the second hostile encounter in Penny's It's Officially Criminal To Not Waifu Someone This Fluffy quest.

Appearance

"The leftmost venus ziltrap is the younger-looking of the two, with pert, B-cup breasts and a lithe figure that hints at plenty of exercise - something an immobile alien like her could never actually perform. Her airy smile is married to wide, bright-red eyes that follow you around with rapt attention."

"The right plant-woman is fuller bodied than her sister, with jiggling, head-sized breasts and a waistline that advertises her status as a prime breeder, even if it’s more erotic illusion than truth. The crimson pools of her eyes stay half-closed, seemingly permanently cast into a sultry, blood-quickening smolder, and she licks her lips as stares meaningfully at Penny."

History/Personality/Information of Note

While never explicitly explained, it can be implied that the Venus Zil Traps are a subspecies of Venus Pitcher born from interbreeding between regular Pitchers and Zil. The pseudo-wings and distinctly red compound eyes also belies that one of their "Parents" may have hailed from the same tribe as the Red Zil Male which explains why they appear so closely to each other.

Thanks to their Hybrid heritage, Zil Traps are even more dangerous than their cousin's as they inherited the Pitchers' agrokinesis as well as the extremely potent Pheromones of the Zil. This combined with their increased range of mobility within their pods, makes it easier for them to seduce or capture their prey, and shorten the time needed to addict them to complete sexual subservience.

Interactions

The PC and Penny will first encounter a Venus Zil Trap in the secret passage to the Oxonium cave, mid-coitus with a male Ausar Smuggler. The player and Penny will have the option to try to release the Smuggler. If the player and Penny choose not to Penny will read the Zil Traps' Codex entry and conclude that whomever is in the pod is "Mentally Checked-out" and there is nothing you can do to save him. If the player frees the Smuggler from the pod it will release a massive quantity of flowery pheromones and aphrodisiac juice/nectar. After realizing he currently isn't balls-deep in Alraune pussy he will push the two of you out of the way and resume fucking the Zil Trap. This causes the PC and Penny to take considerable Drug, Pheromone, and tease damage. Putting the two of you at a disadvantage against the two Zil Traps you will find deeper in the cave.

Combat

During the battle you will have to fight two Venus Zil Traps alongside Penny. Half of the Zil Traps' attacks are dependent on the tentacles coming out of the pod, which have their own separate health bar and stats. During the fight the left Zil Trap will target the player and the right one will focus primarily on Penny. Neither of them can be blinded.

Move Set

Yoink! - The plant girl tries to ensnare you in her tentacles.
- Must still have pod
- Always second move used.

Waifu Steal - The vines drags Penny into the pod.
- Requires "Yoink" to be used on Penny and for Penny to fail to escape within 3 turns.
- Instantly defeats Penny and that particular Trap by lust

Idle Tease - Basic tease attack
- No requirements

HP Dusting - Counterattack in which the Zil Trap releases it's pollen.
- Requires the Zil Trap to take physical damage.
- Induces blindness and deals lingering pheromone damage similar to Flower Power's Pollen Cloud.

50% immunity to drug attacks
50% weakness to tease attacks

Damage Resistances

33.3% immunity to kinetic attacks
75% immunity to electric attacks

Sex

You can only have sex with one of these two directly in their Bad End. However, Sex afterwards will be available with Penny if she was dragged into the pod, as the juices within were aphrodisiac and mutagenic.
