It is possible for players with fertile Vaginas to be impregnated by the Zil Male during vaginal sex scenes. If the seed takes, the player will become pregnant for approximately 8 months.

At around 40 to 50 days into the pregnancy, the player will begin to exude Zil Pheromones, temporarily increasing your Pheromone Rating and decreasing hostile Zil encounters on Mhen'ga within their territory and outside of the Plantation Quest. Additionally, there is a rare chance to encounter the non-hostile father of your children who will explain that his and your pheromones are now in tune with each other, allowing you to recognize each other. He will then ask if you want to spend time with him, which leads to sex.

At 140-160 days, all of the player's fluids (Cum, Girl-Cum, and Milk) will turn Nectar and their fluid output increases. At 225-243 days, the player will give birth to their bee baby twins, who will mature in 730 days into toddlers. If the player gives birth in the Mhen'gan wilderness a special scene will occur in which the the father will appear and carry you all the way back to his village(assuming you aren't a taur) and are assisted in the delivery by Zil Midwives and Shamans before placing your baby in the Incubation Drone.

Male zil combine lust and physical attacks in roughly equal measure. They have relatively low health and high starting lust, making them fairly easy encounters for starting characters -- though they can quickly overcome their opponents with lust if coming into battle with less than a clear head. When fighting the Zil Gaurd during Penny's the Pump-king Quest, they are armed with Laser Carbines.

Male zil combat actions include:

• Flurry of Blows - Triple melee attack.
• Flying Spinkick - Attack dealing moderate damage and causes the opponent to be "Stunned" if shields are not active.
• Zip-Drop - Attack that lifts the opponent off the ground and drops them, dealing moderate kinetic damage.
• Honey Drip - Lust attack that deals lust damage which varies based on the opponent's libido.
• Pheromone Fan - Lust attack that deals lust damage which varies based on the opponent's libido and physique.
• Crotch Grind - Lust attack that deals lust damage which varies based on the opponent's libido.
• Harden - Special ability that increases the zil's resistance to kinetic attacks.
