- Inflicts a status effect that deals lust damage each turn for 5 turns.
- Can only be used once per combat.
- If Steele has at least 100% Fullness, Hand Milk Masturbation can restore 50% of maximum Health.
- Not increased by Milky.
- Steele will not drink if largest row has more than 20000 mLs stored.
