An old Xenogen transformative under the guise of a chocolate bar filled with crisped rice. It’s a rather simple transformative meant to give the consumer hyena-like features. During Cackler’s development there were several budget cuts related to the lawsuits concerning Canine Poppers. Due to this, Cacklers transformative effects were cut back somewhat, leaving it incapable of removing certain extremities. Thankfully, this only applies to wings and horns.

The front of the wrapper has the name spelled out in big, blocky letters with a cartoon hyena girl throwing the product into her mouth. On the back, alongside the nutritional facts, there is a small label that reads:
