The player can chat with Iyla while at the Arovok Milk Bar about Serving Staff, Herself, Clientele and Dhaal. Once the player has talked to her about her clientele it unlocks the option to talk about VIP where she offers Captain Steele a discount to the VIP Program for 50,000 credits.

After paying to enter the VIP program the player can then Talk to "Get some real info out of her." where she offers to "Make it up" to Steele for lying to them. If the player chooses Make it up or Service Me Iyla will pleasure Steele while giving information about the Bar, the Zaibatsu, and the Girls. If the Player chooses Just Talk she gives Steele a bit more information about the Zaibatsu which also unlocks the option to talk about Peers
