Silly Mode

Silly mode can be turned on in the options menu or automatically if the player's Real Time Calendar is April 1st.

Changes

Minor jokes in many scenes.
Canada can be encounterd outside of Thanksgiving season.
Riley can be encounterd outside of 4th July with a 1 in 200 chance.
Ganrael Ambusher and Ganrael DeadEye are replaced with Ganraen Knight.
Ciaran will be named DILFdoggo on the first encounter.
Credits will be referred to as Dogecoin.
