Thicc&Shake is newly developed JoyCo product for those wishing to having a more rich bottom half. The process is simple: after applying the batter onto the designated region of the body, one merely needs to shake and the nanomachines will begin their routines. This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, the cream will grant the user 25 energy, and for 4 hours "Shake" will be added to the masturbation menu Choosing to "Shake" through the masturbation menu or teasing with "Hips" or "Ass" in combat has permanent effects on the player character.
Note: Non overdose shaking can be done only once with transformative effects times until the status effect is gone.
