This item will be applied on use if the player character has testicles or a penis. In doing so, the drug will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, forcing the player character to Masturbate right before the transformations take place.

Note: If the PC Lacks balls, then substitute prostate volume at a ratio of 1mL equaling 10 inches of ball diameter.
