Onzia is a scout sent to the Oxonium Mine on the behalf of the Warqueen. She is only encountered towards the end of Penny's Recruitment Quest-line if the player previously transferred Estallia and her forces to Mhen'ga.

The once scrappy soldier has grown fat off the planet’s lush bounties and now sports balloonishly inflated tits thanks to the easy availability of sugary fruits and even sweeter sex. She carries a heavy, fifty-caliber burst rifle in all four of her hands, popping off tightly controlled clusters of shots at the mining robots."

During the ongoing Myr Race War, Queen Estallia became disavowed when she decided to personally lead the counter-strike against Scarlet Federation using her colossal size and a small army of elite soldiers made up of her own children. Even after the intervention of Xenogen Biotech to establish a ceasefire between the two nations, the Warqueen continued with guerrilla warfare and the smuggling of weaponry to the Gold Myr who were being imprisoned in cities conquered by the reds. However, Captain Steele was able to convince the Queen and her troops to depart from Myrellion to planet Mhen'ga. Enjoying a more peaceful life style with the satisfaction of knowing the Federation can never capture them.

Onzia only appears once in the game during Penny's It's Officially Criminal to not Waifu Someone This Fluffy Quest if her mother, Queen Estallia was relocated to Mhen'ga at the end of the Sellera's Federation Quest. She appears to stumble upon the large Oxonium Deposit, and is subsequently attacked by the MaxCorp. Mining Robots. Captain Steele and Penny Inoue proceed to lend their aid.
