猩红联邦是迈瑞利恩上红迈尔人的统治机构。联邦由一群将军组成的军政府统治，统称最高指挥部；与邻近的金迈尔相比，联邦高度军事化。完整公民身份——以及投票权——必须通过联邦服役（通常但不一定是军事服役）才能获得，许多大型产业则是由公民经营、政府支持的私人企业。
