If the PC stole and sold the [[Special:MyLanguage/Broken Brainmelt Lamp|Broken Brainmelt Lamp]], then she can make a new one from the parts and pieces of an [[Special:MyLanguage/Electrogun|Electrogun]] which can be purchased from [[Special:MyLanguage/Aurora|Aurora]].  If the PC stole and sold the [[Special:MyLanguage/Bimboleum Emitter|Bimboleum Emitter]], then she can synthesize more Bimboleum from [[Special:MyLanguage/Semen’s Friend Candy|Semen’s Friend Candy]] and [[Special:MyLanguage/Tittyblossom|Tittyblossom]], which can be purchased from [[Special:MyLanguage/Sera|Sera]] and insert it into one of her [[Special:MyLanguage/Slut Ray|Slut Ray]]s. Lastly, if the player stole the [[Special:MyLanguage/Mindwash Visor|Mindwash Visor]], even though she's got plenty of them lying around her lair, Doctor Badger will still make you buy one for stealing a visor and breaking the Doll Maker. Once the Doll Maker is restored to its former glory, its individual parts and pieces can now be used to change the player's body. A general theme with the Doll Maker is that you can have a small dose or an overdose. Small doses lead to temporary Stat Changes but after a period of time will return to normal and grants a slight Stat Increase as the experience can serve the player as a kind of physical and mental training. Overdoses lead to more drastic and permanent physical changes but also potentially a handful or [[<tvar name="link-20">Special:MyLanguage/Perks</tvar>|Perks]] that are normally much harder to get with even greater consequences.

默认情况下，玩偶制造者的核心机械会在你们的小小冲突中被摧毁。巴杰医生完全有可能修复它，毕竟它正是出自她手。然而，其中某些关键部件的大部分她并不容易弄到手。如果玩家偷走了任何关键部件，玩偶制造者将处于严重损坏状态。此外，不言而喻，完成修复需要巴杰医生以正常形态提供协助。

如果玩家偷走并卖掉了装满智商清零剂的注射器，她会随手再给你一支，因为她的存货多到不知如何处理。如果玩家偷走并卖掉了破损的熔脑灯，她可以用电击枪的零部件制作一盏新的，电击枪可以从奥罗拉处购买。如果玩家偷走并卖掉了Bimboleum 发射器，她可以从精液之友糖果和乳花中合成更多 Bimboleum——这两样都可以从塞拉处购买——并将其装入她的一把荡妇射线中。最后，如果玩家偷走了洗脑目镜，尽管她的巢穴里多得是，巴杰医生仍会要求你花钱买一个，以惩罚你偷走目镜并弄坏了玩偶制造者。所有部件归还后，巴杰医生会进行最终修复，大约需要48小时，届时玩偶制造者将焕然一新。

一旦玩偶制造者恢复往日荣光，它的各个部件就可以用来改造玩家的身体。玩偶制造者的一个总体特点是你可以选择小剂量或过量。小剂量会导致暂时的属性变化，但一段时间后会恢复正常，并带来轻微的属性提升，因为这种体验对玩家而言可以算是一种身心训练。过量则会导致更剧烈、更永久的身形改变，但也可能带来若干通常更难获得的特长，并伴随更严重的后果。 以下是改造一览：

熔脑灯 暂时消耗意志力，待效果消退时获得更多……或者干脆把自己搞坏取乐。谁不喜欢脑子被熔掉的感觉呢？

除了上述与玩偶制造者互动的选项外，玩家还可以让它把自己"玩偶化"，从而走向玩偶制造者关联的坏结局。或者，玩家可以激活玩偶制造者满嘴脏话的 AI，再次与它战斗。与佩西加的任务不同，如果玩家没有处于束缚手铐能力的效果之下，就可以逃跑。当然，这样做会让玩偶制造者将妮姆芙扣为人质，使你无法再接近她。

战斗

作为自动机械与多种变身装置的集合体，玩偶制造者被安装在巴杰医生实验室后部的墙壁、地板和天花板上。正因如此，玩偶制造者完全免疫绊倒和眩晕。玩偶制造者也完全免疫情欲攻击。它主要依靠各种旨在降低核心属性的特殊攻击，并施加药物与挑逗的持续伤害（DoT）。

  • 束缚手铐 - 施加持续累积的"束缚"减益，最终将玩家拖入擒抱状态。
  • 麝香喷雾 - 造成15-20点情欲伤害
  • 生物磁性振动 - 玩家受到1点动能伤害，并获得一层"振动"DoT，每回合造成情欲伤害
  • 智商清零剂注射器 - 玩家受到5点暂时性智力伤害
  • 熔脑灯 - 玩家受到5点暂时性意志力伤害
  • 洗脑目镜 - 玩家受到5点暂时性瞄准伤害和挑逗伤害
  • 乳胶喷雾器 - 玩家受到5点暂时性反射伤害和挑逗伤害
