互动

吉安娜的接近方式和互动会根据她的身体构造和当前性格而变化。

如果斯蒂尔向她的洞里灌入至少10,000毫升的精液，她会把精液留在体内，并询问他们的看法。斯蒂尔的回应会影响她日后进行精液膨胀的方式，以及她的性格。

斯蒂尔之后可以在她的谈话菜单中按下精液膨胀：开/关按钮来切换她使用精液膨胀的状态。

招募后 当斯蒂尔在飞船上初次接近吉安娜时，这位伴侣机器人会询问斯蒂尔是否想让她上床陪伴。这个选择可以通过按下同睡？按钮来更改。

吉安娜是游戏中可改造程度第二高的NPC，仅次于贝丝-13/本-14，因为她的身体和生殖器形状都可以被改变。

硅胶分配

通过改变吉安娜的硅胶分配，可以调整她的乳房、臀部和嘴唇的大小。

吉安娜会应要求增大或缩小身体尺寸，但她只在有足够硅胶可用时才会选择增大。

吉安娜最初共有46个单位的硅胶，其中8个单位用于乳房，18个单位用于后臀，嘴唇则为0。

如果斯蒂尔想让吉安娜全身上下都达到最大尺寸，就需要给她带来总共八袋硅胶。
