变身物品是指所有在食用后转化斯蒂尔船长或其他角色的物品。绝大多数物品会从目标符合条件的变化中随机选择一个来转化目标。与 CoC2 不同，TiTS 目前不会、也不会提供让玩家选择特定变化的机制。
