Millie is an oddity for a New Texan, both taller and thicker than most cows. She even has horns big enough enough for a bull, and her punky, half-shaved hairdo further serves to distinguish her from some of the more vapid members of her race. The unshorn portion hangs an inch past her shoulders, a sable cascade in stark contrast to her fair skin. Her eyes are an uncommonly dark, grayish-blue color and framed by expertly applied purple eyeshadow and what you assume to be mascara.

Like the rest of her Treated kin, Millie has a pair of plump, angel-bow lips, though she doesn’t leave them vacantly pursed as often as her sisters. More often, they’re kept in a knowing, almost cocky grin - the kind of expression that, when combined with her smoky glare, communicates a confident, self-assured sexuality. She winks when she catches you looking and licks her lips as if hungry for more.

Her neck is well-formed if slightly longer than average. Where it joins with her shoulders, dark spots start, dappling her shoulders like the spots of a actual bovine. They don’t continue an inch past her collarbone at least not that you can see but their irregular pattern only seems to accent her exotic appeal.

She wears a set of legless, denim coveralls, looking like a bizarre combination of farm-wear and a one-piece swimsuit. She exists as a feminine foil to Yancy, for cows who want a woman's "company" and assistance while they are being milked. Millie is known to be a little bit of an oddity among the Treated Folk of New Texas. This comes from her unique response to the Treatment. For most females, taking the treatment causes the individual's form to soften out into cute and curvy state. It also leads to psychological changes in which most of the women can't focus on anything for too long without their thoughts turning to cocks and seducing people with them, decreasing their overall intelligence and granting a demure attitude. Millie's physical and mental traits seem to be Cow-like at first glance, but they have additives practically unheard of with that variant of the treatment. Despite still being into Bulls, she works at the milk barn and likes to nurse from the teats of other cows more so. While she is still plump and has massive breasts, she is exceptionally tall and her limbs are disproportionately athletic(Though not as Athletic or Tall as a Bull). While she is obviously horny she does not actively try to seduce Captain Steele when meeting them. She is also extremely intelligent, having created a weaker version of the Cow Treatment and does art and music making on the side.

Overall it is unknown if she her Treatment turned her into more of a Cowmazon or if its something else. She is also the only Treated person to grow Holstein marks over her body.
