A product of the Gryvain Heartland Republic, these golden pills are meant to counteract mutations suffered by the winged reptilian race when out among the stars. In the hands of anyone else, though, this blend of gene-splices and one-use micro-surgeons may cause physical transformations similar to the features of a gryvain.

This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, the pill will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, with up to four possible mutations total, or none at all.
