This vial of transparent cyan fluid seems so innocuous considering its supposed deleterious effects: overwhelming libido increase, massive male genital growth, and a titanic boost to production of semen (along with requisite swelling of semen-producing organs). In order to use it, females are to inject it just above the pubic mound. Males are supposed to inject directly into their preferred organ.

Known to cause moderate amounts of taint. Check your Codex for details.

Because of its mind- and body-altering potential, the use of Throbb is universally banned by the U.G.C..

This item will be injected on use. In doing so, the drug will have various permanent effects on the player character, increasing libido and lust with every successive use. Transformations are limited to two changes per use, with a 1/3 chance of an extra change.
