Description In Game
A plasma katana is the fearsome offspring of a monofilament blade and the star's burning heart. Switched off, it's little more than a metal knife with a strangely long hilt. When powered on, it projects a corona of carefully shaped plasma several feet long around the smaller, solid blade, capable of slicing through metal as easily as it burns flesh.

Dropped by Mhorgenn in the Farrow Facility.
Usage
Can be equipped as a melee weapon or be sold to a vendor for credits.
