Appearance
Her attire consists of a pink tank top and matching pink skirt that reaches halfway down her thighs. Her skirt seems cheap, and would easily slip loose if it weren’t held in place by the black utility belt strapped around her midriff. Soaked Raskvel begin to appear is the player is level 8 or above. Unlike most enemies, the Soaked Raskvel can be bought off before combat begins: Captain Steele can skip straight to the sex by giving her a dose of Soak, or throw her a few credits to be on her way. If you have "Ruined" her multiple times, she may have an encounter where you can Overdose her, resulting in her being gone for 7 days.
Combat
Fighting the Soaked Raskvel is similar to fighting a Female Raskvel, but the Soaked Raskvel is more likely to do lust-centered attacks. If the Soaked Raskvel mentions "throwing the wrong 'nades'", she will attempt to do a lust attack afterwards. If fighting the Soaked Raskvel while she is high on Soak, she starts at 90 lust and is far more likely to do lust-centered attacks.
