Used by soldiers and police officers to quickly neutralize shielded or robotic opponents, modern EMP grenades temporarily fry electronics. Though individually expensive, these little babies pretty much pay for themselves when you're up against a heavily shielded enemy or an assassin droid!
Acquisition
Can be purchased from Anno if she is working for Steele Tech.
Usage
This item will be thrown on use and can only be used in combat. In doing so, the grenade will deal damage to the hostile enemy. This will put robots and automatons in a "Stunned" state for 2 turns.
NPCs can also use this item.
