Suma Cream Capsule

This ‘beauty cream’ is actually a small bead, roughly the size of a pearl. The exterior is a flexible plastic that protects the cream inside from getting everywhere.

A J’ejune-brand product.

Acquisition

Can be purchased from Busky at the 'Straps' shop in New Texas after using the prostate milker at least once.

When purchased, there is a 1/20 chance the Suma Cream will be a “Black Cream” pearl variant.

Usage

This item is applied on use. In doing so, the cream will have immediate permanent effects on the player character.
