Location
Purchased from Illustria Po during Kiro Quest only if the time limit is passed and Po completes the changes to Kiro. Previously to the quest's implementation, it could be found at the Sheriff's Office in Irestead.
Usage
When found, Captain Steele can choose to Look Closer or Climb In. Looking Closer will allow the player to deduce that the device will heal them in a perverse fashion. Climbing In will lead to an scene where the player is penetrated in all holes and sucked from all their outlets while being filled with cheap and Tainted healing gel that resembles semen. This scene will probably cause the player to orgasm, making it good for healing but not for restoring energy (barring Perks such as Energizing Libido and Amazonian Endurance).
