This full-body harness of programmable lightstrips can produce any pattern your heart desires, though you found it pre-set to pulse out black light and a variety of spooky orange hues. It doesn't do anything to cover your body, but neither does it restrict your movement. Acquisition
During Halloween, enemies have a 2% chance to drop one of eight Halloween items, including this one.
