A light harness
This full-body harness of programmable lightstrips can produce any pattern your heart desires, though you found it pre-set to pulse out black light and a variety of spooky orange hues. It doesn't do anything to cover your body, but neither does it restrict your movement. Built-in shield boosters ensure that you won't be completely unprotected, making this the perfect garment to wear to a rave, sex club, or the Rush - if you're brave enough to show off your body to every new species you meet.
Acquisition
During Halloween, enemies have a 2% chance to drop one of eight Halloween items, including this one.
