A fleshy set of fingers balled up into fists. Generally attached at the wrist to a pair of arms, themselves connected to a person of some description.
Knuckle sandwich delivery device.
Acquisition
This is the default melee weapon when no other weapon is equipped.
Usage
Press the 'Attack' button.
Some NPCs can also use fists in combat.
