Oddball religions can be found all across the known universe. Interstellar communication and sciences may have brought peoples of all species together, but they've also allowed strange propaganda to take hold in far-flung societies. The star-seekers are one such group. They believe that sentience could not have evolved on its own; it could only have arisen at the influence of a creator species or being.
