Buttslutinator 是一件固定式性爱器具。

可在Illustria Po处购买，但仅限于在Kiro Quest任务中超过时间限制且Po完成对Kiro的改造之后。随后，它会被安装在Captain Steele当前的飞船上。在该任务实装之前，它可以在Irestead的警长办公室找到。

When found, Captain Steele can choose to Use Device..., strapping Steele to the machine which proceeds to anally fuck Steele.

Upon use, the device may permanently change Steele's ass depending on how many times it is used:

Perks:
Each perk has their own effects and management systems.

Buttslut
- When a phallus cums into the character's asshole, the character will heal a small amount of HP.
- Prevents butt size to shrink below current butt size.
- If butt size is below 18 and ass is not currently filled, butt size will increase 1 to 8 sizes.
