History/Personality/Information of Note
They used to say "money makes the world go round," but in Beth's case, it makes the whole galaxy spin. The head of a multi-planet conglomerate, Carver has fingers in food service, prostitution, debt-collection, and even secret slavery rings. And far from a distant, emotionless figurehead, she takes special delight from a hands-on style of management. She'll personally come down to her latest acquisition to make sure everything is going swimmingly, fearless of the reputation she's built or the (powerless) planetary police forces. And yet, she'd trade it all, for a little more. A woman of such unfathomable ambition, it's just a matter of time before the travels of Steele Tech's young heirs brings them on a collision course with the wicked Ms. Carver.

Thus far, the only interaction with Carver is when she introduces Delilah to Captain Steele, offering the new whore's body free of charge.
