第一次接近罗克西时，如果玩家当前处于发情期，罗克西会进入假性发情并恳求你与她交配。如果玩家拒绝她，她会愤怒地尖叫着说你是"吊人胃口的小骚货"，然后跑进更衣室自慰，导致与她的互动暂时被禁用。如果玩家同意与她交配，将触发她的独特发情期场景，如果玩家有生育力，随后就会让罗克西怀孕。如果玩家没有处于发情期，互动大多如常。你可以打量她的外观，与她谈话，或者与她性交。

在罗克西和玩家都有生育力时与她性交，就有可能让她怀孕。她的第一个场景有15%的概率让她怀孕。重复场景有30%的概率让她怀孕。如果玩家进行她的独特发情期场景，她有100%的概率怀孕。（这是在将玩家的雄风值纳入考量之前。）

如果罗克西怀孕，受孕24小时后她会给玩家发一封电子邮件。收到邮件后接近她，会触发一个独特的问候场景。

罗克西的孕期大约持续6个游戏月。在此期间，到第3孕期时，她会暂时搬到塔夫罗斯上的育儿室。在那里，玩家会有新的临时谈话选项：

  • 孕期 - 问问罗克西她状况如何。

罗克西分娩后会搬回乌维托。每周，如果她没有处于第2和第3孕期，且后代至少1岁，就有机会在育儿室看到罗克西和孩子们玩耍互动。如果玩家碰巧在育儿室遇见她，可以加入她。
